Motors and Segway teamed up to develop a series of decidedly uncool-looking Electric Networked Vehicles,  EN-V, all based on the Segway’s balanced platform with a carbon-fiber shell.

They have a range of 25 miles and a top speed of 25 mph, They’ll use GPS, distance-sensing technology and vehicle-to-vehicle communications to ease congestion and reduce the risk of accidents.

The EN-Vs are just concepts, its designed for Shanghai traffic, and the vehicles will be shown off at Shanghai’s World Expo in May.

Designer Stefan Radev comes out with BMW Blue Dynamics Land Yacht, wind powered vehicle concept. It consists of three wheels and a sail. The name “Blue Dynamics” combines a symbolic connection of the wind(air) and BMW “efficient dynamics”, “active hybrid” greener emmision programs.

The concept has a rigid sail to harness the energy of the wind, and the driver can adjust the sail from the cockpit. Entry to the cockpit is through the concept’s elevating windscreen.

General Motors officially unveiled the 2010 Chevy Camaro Transformer Special Edition.
