Sony introduced a camera Cyber-shot DSC-HX200V, referring to the category of “superzoom.”

The maximum photo resolution is 4896 × 3672 points, recorded video with resolution up to 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD) at 60 frames per second. Can shoot 2D-and 3D-panoramas.

The camera is equipped with a Carl Zeiss lens with 30x optical zoom (focal length – 27-810 mm equivalent to 35mm film camera). Provides an optical image stabilization SteadyShot and Face Detection in the frame.

Display with adjustable angle of inclination has a diagonal of 3 inches.

  • 105 MB of integrated memory
  • slots for flash memory cards SD / SDHC / SDXC
  • Memory Stick Duo / Pro Duo / Pro-HG Duo

Panasonic TS4 has a durable design, It is waterproof and operates at the depth of 12 meters under water. It can also withstand a fall from a height of 12m, except that it is protected from dust and operates at low temperatures to -10 degrees Celsius. The camera has a 12.1-megapixel sensor, 4.6-fold zoom and built-in GPS-receiver, barometer and altimeter.

The world is getting too much technical that micro and tiny gadgets are evolving very fast. One such tiny fully-functioning camera MAME-CAM (Model: SUSMDICA) announces  by Tokyo-based USB accessory maker Thanko. The MAME-CAM really looks like a tiny toy, the type of little bauble that the Japanese love to dangle from their mobile phones. Though, it can take real-deal pictures.

The MAME-CAM is a 2MP camera, weight only 11g, that can record video in 640×480 resolution (AVI, at 30fps) and take still picture at 1,600×1,200. It has a microSD cards slot which support up to 32GB and its battery life is about 36 minute while shooting video. The MAME-CAM is prized at $95 (from Japan).
