ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 World’s Fastest Graphic Card was launched by AMD (ATI); comes with 2.4 teraFLOPS of processing power.   These cards comprise the ATI Radeon HD 4800 X2 series, combining two ATI Radeon HD 4800 series GPUs with a more advanced cross-GPU connection based on the PCIe 2.0 standard, plus two gigabytes of memory.

NVIDIA has Unveiled dual GPU Quadro FX 4700 X2 High-end workstation VGA card. It provides 2GB frame buffer – 1GB per GPU, and  its equipped with SLI technology.

Nvidia has released their 1st GeForce 9 series graphic chip recently, its known as the GeForce 9600 GT. It adopts a 65nm process & is manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). The GPU has been increased by two times, 64, & memory bus width, 256-bit, compare to 8600 GTS cards which are 32 & 128-bit.
