A U.S. design company has come out with the world’s 1st wooden supercar called Splinter which put Porsche & Lamborghini in the shade with an incredible top speed of 240 mph. The car measures 4.6 meter-long & it is a 2 seater & made from plywood, maple & MDF, & powered by a 4.6 liter V8 petrol engine, mated with a 6 speed gearbox. The Splinter weighs 1,134 Kg which are 240 Kg lighter than the lightweight Porsche 911 GT3. According to the designer Joe Harmon, the World’s 1st wooden sports car Splinter will hit the road later in this year.
