Xolo has extended its Q series lineup in the country with the addition of Xolo Q500 dual SIM Smartphone. It is an affordable quad-core smartphone from Xolo, the Indian manufacturer of smartphones.

Xolo Q500 smartphone has a 4-inches capacitive touchscreen with WVGA 800 x 480 pixels resolution resulting a pixel density of ~233 ppi with One Glass Solution (OGS) technology.It supports multitouch.The device’s dimensions are 118.5 x 63 x 10.7 mm.

The XOLO Q500 is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8225Q quad core processor with Adreno 203 GPU.It comes with Android OS v4.1 Jelly Bean factory installed.
Battery
The battery has Standard Li-On 1450mAh capacitywith talk-time of up to 9 hours on 3G and up to 16 hours on 2G networks.
Camera
The Q500 packs with 5-megapixel rear camera accomplished with single LED flashthat can shoot 720p videos and a VGA front facing camera. To make the handset up to date and to make it capable of facing competition it has Accelerometer, Ambient light and Proximity sensor.
