Focal corp Japan has announced the Boomtune Mini speaker system for the iPod. Like a tripod it has three legs where two serve as speakers and one as the battery compartment. It does not have a docking station for the iPod but connects via 3.5mm stereo mini plug. Targeting women the speakers are named Julia and will be available in two girly colors pink and light blue.
