Intelligent Optical Systems has developed a kind of flashlight for cops that will temporarily blind you. The flashlight consists of very bright LEDs and its beam pulses and flashes while quickly changing its colors and then will get you disoriented and dizzy and feel like vomiting. Intelligent Optical Systems plans to start testing the 15inch flashlight this fall on some lucky volunteers at Penn State University. Sometime just don’t want to be lucky, buek!!!
