I-O Data has released their latest SEG Clip {GV-SC310), a tiny USB 1seg TV tuner for PC, iPhone and iPod Touch. SEG Clip is very easy to use. You just need to install SEG Clip companion software to the PC and iPhone/iPod Touch and you can access to live or recorded TV programs streamed to you from your PC. The I-O Data SEG Clip priced at 6,615 Yen ($68).
